As much as I agree with his intentions of his writing the last line just rubs me wrong. I think, as scripture states, every good and perfect gift is from God. So if it's good it's of God. Unless i just misunderstood what he's saying...If you turn what you think was a good thing into a god then it's bad. Otherwise it sounds as if good things aren't actually from God. Though good things could be turned into gods IE; idolatry your title...
